Guest Mobile Access

Twilx mobile access is used for a guest's personal work with an event. It can open in a mobile browser, through a Telegram mini app, or by an invitation link. The format depends on which channels are enabled for the event.

Mobile access does not replace the public event page. The public page shows general information, while mobile access shows the guest's personal context: related events, ticket, invitation, messages, notifications, and settings.

Invitation sign-in

If the organizer sent a personal link, open Twilx through that link. It helps the product understand which event or invitation should open after phone confirmation.

The usual path:

  1. The guest receives a link from the organizer.
  2. Opens it on a phone.
  3. Enters a phone number.
  4. Confirms the one-time code.
  5. Lands in the related event, ticket, chat, or invitation.

If Twilx is opened directly without a personal link, it may show only events already connected to the phone number.

Event list

After sign-in, the guest can see a list of their events. The list includes events where the guest's phone was found in an invitation, guest list, purchase, request, or another related context.

The list helps the guest:

  • return to an event without searching for an old link;
  • open a ticket or invitation;
  • see date and place;
  • go to messages;
  • check notifications;
  • find an event when the guest participates in several events.

Event screen

The event screen in mobile access shows information needed after sign-in. It can include:

  • title and date;
  • venue;
  • program;
  • participants;
  • participation status;
  • ticket;
  • chat or requests;
  • notifications;
  • quick actions enabled by the organizer.

If some blocks are not shown, they are not connected or not filled for the event.

Ticket

The ticket screen can show participation confirmation, ticket type, preparation state, or other information that the organizer passed to Twilx.

Possible states:

  • ticket is available;
  • ticket is being prepared;
  • ticket is connected to another number;
  • event is found, but ticket context has not been passed yet;
  • ticket is unavailable because the event has ended or the invitation was withdrawn.

If a ticket is expected but not shown, check the phone number and original purchase or invitation channel.

Chats, requests, and messages

The mobile channel can be used to communicate with the event team. Depending on settings, the guest can see a chat, request, organizer message, or transition to Telegram.

Twilx keeps the link between the request and the event. This helps preserve context: the manager sees which event, guest, and question are involved.

Notifications

Notifications help the guest receive event updates: reminders, time or place changes, request replies, and important organizer messages.

Notification delivery depends on the channel:

  • SMS arrives to the phone;
  • Telegram requires an available Telegram scenario;
  • browser notifications require browser permission;
  • some messages may be visible only inside mobile access after sign-in.

If notifications do not arrive, check the phone number, browser settings, Telegram, and consents.

Profile and consents

Mobile access can include a profile and consent settings. They help the guest check contact context, notification controls, and legal documents.

The guest should use the current phone number. If the number changed, automatic linking to tickets and invitations may not work without organizer help.

Telegram and fallback web access

Some scenarios open in the Telegram mini app. If Telegram is unavailable, the link opened in a regular browser, or the device does not support the required mode, Twilx uses web access as a fallback path.

Fallback web access lets the guest continue without installing an app and without being tied to one channel.

Security

The one-time code confirms that access is received by the phone owner. Do not share the code with other people. Do not forward a personal link if it opens your ticket, invitation, or request history.

If a link reached the wrong person, contact the organizer: the invitation can be checked, changed, or withdrawn depending on the event process.
